REFUNDS
Due to the fact that our products are knowledge based, we have a strict NO refund cancellation policy. Once you have received and/or accessed any of our information you cannot/will not get a refund.
TURN AROUND TIME
Many of our products are sent out immediately after purchase. We recommend you read the description of our services to find the turnaround time and when you will receive your purchased product. However, in the event that you did not receive your product due to a system error, then we are able to manually send you your purchase after you email us at nina@risingelevationsacademy.com. Please allow us 1-2 business days to respond to your email excluding weekends and major holidays.

All event tickets and vendor spaces tickets are FINAL SALE.
